The check-in staff were friendly and helpful, making the process smooth. The hotel had a nice-looking TV room and a spot to chill, relaxing after a busy day. Only bummer was the ice machine being loud, but it didn't bother me much. 😊

Stayed at a hotel near the airport with a free shuttle. Breakfast spread was GREAT! Rooms need upgrading. Staff were friendly. Would choose again. Some areas looked worse than in photos. Cheers!

The front desk staff were super nice and helpful, especially when I needed to switch my room. The location was great, close to where I needed to be, and the room was spacious with a good-sized restroom. Verlinda, our room steward, was lovely and always made sure our room was spotless. The hotel offered a cozy leisure area and a relaxing TV room for downtime. However, there were quite a few pesky nets around the breakfast and microwave nook areas that need addressing. 🏨

Had a comfortable stay for the price, would stay there again. Every detail was great and I liked it. The room was reasonably spacious with 3 beds.

The stay was really really nice. The hotel was interesting and clean, it had free wi-fi, its location was unbeatable right off the highway. The continental breakfast had cereals, toast and hot waffles, that's a plus.

Compared to my past stays, the housekeeping at this hotel was spot on! the staff truly cares about keeping the hotel clean for the guests, and it shows. the airport shuttle was a huge plus, making it super convenient for us to get around without any hassle.

The cleanliness of the hotel grounds could use some improvement. There was a bit of trash blowing around, which gave off a negative first impression.

The venue is stunningly beautiful and interesting, its location is excellent, just next door to the airport, Inner Harbor and hill.

While my stay at the Clarion Hotel & Suites BWI Airport North had some cleanliness issues, the location was convenient for exploring landmarks like the Thomas Viaduct and Middle Branch Park. The relaxation facilities, like the TV room, provided moments of respite for my 1.5-year-old twins and me. Despite the minor room upgrades needed, the value for the price was acceptable, and I would consider staying again.

I liked stuff and rooms, as well as every other detail. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a work desk and an electronic key card in the room.

The bathroom was dirty.

Non-smoking and stocked room, warm breakfast. I loved the room, the bed was large.

I appreciated the kindness of most staff members during my short stay. Unfortunately, the room, though cheap, had a strong cigarette smell and was in poor condition with bugs, holes in bedding, and dirty walls.

Everything was good, even so a few employees were not very helpful. The location was decent, for example, Henry Louis Mencken House was at a moderate distance from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and adequate, there were toast, cereals and hot waffles.

The hotel was newly decorated, we appreciated accommodating staff. The bed was comfy and the room was huge. Breakfast options were excellent and nice hot.

Beautiful and non-smoking rooms. That was quiet hotel set in safe area, very close to the airport and the light rail and the JHHC hospital.

Our check-in representative was excellent, and the morning staff was also very helpful. the location was convenient, the rooms were spacious and clean. Our room steward, Verlinda, was lovely and did an excellent job cleaning. One highlight was that we booked a double bed room, but since they were sold out, we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. It was a wonderful surprise.

On a summer night, we attended a concert at the Merriweather Post Pavilion, and the hotel's location near the venue made it extremely convenient for our family. The hotel's proximity to the Merriweather Post Pavilion allowed us to easily enjoy the live music without worrying about a long drive back after the event. It was a memorable experience for our family.

My wife says that for families with children, having a designated play area or entertainment zone within the hotel would have been great.

The free 24-hour shuttle service to the airport turned out to be a lifesaver. On my last day, I was running late and feared missing my flight, but the shuttle driver, who was as speedy as a Formula 1 racer, got me to the airport in record time.
